At Speedshop44, our servicing packages are built around traditional service intervals but reimagined for the needs of ageing components and enthusiast-owned vehicles.  Whether you're driving a cherished 1980s icon, a 90s performance hero, or a fully restored 2000s classic, our expert team offers tailored maintenance plans that go beyond the basics.  Each service is designed to preserve reliability, enhance drivability, and extend the life of your vehicle; all while respecting its original character and any custom upgrades it may have.

Essential Service

Includes:

  • Engine oil and filter change (classic-appropriate oils available)

  • Air filter inspection

  • Fluid level top-ups (coolant, clutch, brake, screen wash)

  • Tyre pressure check and adjustment

  • Visual inspection of belts, hoses, brakes, wheel bearings and suspension

  • Battery health check

  • Service light reset (where applicable)

  • Lubrication of hinges and locks

Ideal for lightly driven cars, summer use vehicles, or as a seasonal check-up.

Add-ons:

  • ClassClassic-friendly fuel additive treatment

  • Underside anti-corrosion inspection

Full Service

Includes everything in the Essential Service, plus:

  • Air filter and cabin/pollen filter replacement

  • Spark plug replacement (standard or performance grade)

  • Brake inspection and adjustment (shoes/callipers/sliders)

  • Coolant strength check

  • PCV valve and breather inspection

  • Fuel system and line inspection

  • Full underbody, chassis, and suspension check

  • Rubber bush and mount condition report

A comprehensive service to keep your classic road-ready year-round.

Add-ons:

  • Classic car tune-up (timing, carb balancing, idle speed)

  • Fuel injector cleaner or ultrasonic cleaning

  • Alignment check

Major Service

Perfect for vehicles seeing regular use or preparing for touring, resale or shows.

Includes everything in the Full Service, plus:

  • Transmission fluid and/or differential oil change (where applicable)

  • Brake fluid replacement (DOT4/5.1/classic spec as needed)

  • Coolant flush and renewal

  • Fuel filter replacement

  • Gear linkage and clutch adjustment (manuals)

  • Timing belt inspection/replacement (if due)

  • Driveshaft/propshaft inspection

  • Steering rack and joint inspection

Add-ons:

  • Wheel bearing repack/replacement

  • Hydraulic system bleeding (clutch, brakes)

  • Classic gearbox and rear diff servicing

Custom Restomod Check-Up

Tailored for modified or engine-swapped vehicles with non-standard systems.

Includes:

  • Oil and filter change with performance-grade oil

  • ECU diagnostic check (OBD1/OBD2/standalone systems)

  • Custom cooling and fuelling system inspection

  • Welded/braced subframe and chassis check

  • Mounts (engine, gearbox, diff) torque check

  • Exhaust and manifold condition report

  • Visual check for brake/fuel lines near custom fabrication areas

Add-ons:

  • Rolling road tune health-check

  • Air/fuel ratio sensor and boost/vacuum system test

  • Data-logging session for custom maps

Storage Preparation and Revival Packages

Classic-friendly services for vehicles entering or leaving long-term storage.

Pre-Storage Includes:

  • Oil and filter change

  • Fuel stabiliser additive

  • Coolant and battery check

  • Tyre inflation and rotation

  • Interior protection and body seal advice

Post-Storage Revival Includes:

  • Full safety check and restart procedure

  • Brake inspection and bleed
